Yu-Shan Chen is an advocate for emotional wellness and personal growth. After studying cognitive behavioral therapy and positive psychology, she launched an online platform to create space for conversations about self-esteem, self-compassion, and holistic wellness. Through these dialogues, Chen developed the Acts of Affirmation method, a practical approach to building self-esteem through intentional actions, self-awareness, and daily affirming practices.
