Alexander D. Shepard is a Senior Staff Surgeon and past Division Head of Vascular Surgery at Henry Ford Hospital, Detroit, MI where he holds the Betty Jane and Alfred J. Fisher Chair in Vascular Surgery. He is also a Professor of Surgery at the Wayne State University School of Medicine, Detroit, MI. Sachinder S. Hans is the Medical Director Vascular and Endovascular Services, Henry Ford Macomb Hospital, Clinton Township, MI and Clinical Assistant Professor of Surgery at the Wayne State University School of Medicine, Detroit, MI. Mitchell R. Weaver is a Senior Staff Surgeon and the Clinical Director of the Noninvasive Vascular Laboratory in the Division of Vascular and Endovascular Surgery at Henry Ford Hospital, Detroit, MI. He is also a Clinical Assistant Professor of Surgery at the Wayne State University School of Medicine, Detroit, MI. Timothy J. Nypaver is the Head of the Division of Vascular and Endovascular Surgery at Henry Ford Hospital, Detroit, MI and the Director of the Vascular Surgery Service Line in the Heart and Vascular Institute of Henry Ford Health. He holds the Eve and D. Emerick Szilagyi Chair in Vascular Surgery and is an Assistant Professor of Surgery at the Wayne State University School of Medicine, Detroit, MI.
