JF Sebastian lives in Maryland with his wife of fourteen years, his two children, and his loyal German Shepherd rescue. He served as a contributing writer for the Capital-Gazette Newspapers in Annapolis, MD, as well as a community beat writer for Patch.com.

A native of Baltimore, JF Sebastian spent most of his adult life coaching track & field at the collegiate, high school and club levels, having coached three national champions and one U.S. Olympic Trials qualifier.

He is hard at work on his next project while balancing home life and spending time with friends and family in activities like kayaking, hiking, crabbing, biking and running.
