Shin Matsuzawa is Professor of Criminal Law at the School of Law, Waseda University, Japan. Anne Weyembergh is Professor of EU Criminal law at the Université Libre de Bruxelles, Belgium. Irene Wieczorek is an Assistant Professor of European Union Law at Durham Law School, Durham University, UK.
