I am an author who narrows the serious, widens the absurd, and tries to satire everything else with a dab of humor.

After a childhood on a Virginia dairy farm, I eventually worked in the Pentagon for several decades. This gave me the qualifications to write fiction. I escaped the politics and moved to New Bern, North Carolina. I host a creative writing class at the library and volunteer with non-profits.

Almost thirty magazines have published my short stories and I have published several novels that I enjoy reading. I hope you do, too. More are coming.
