Autorenporträt
Claus Geruschkat (Flamingo Journal) is an independent researcher and author in the fields of philosophy and cultural history, exploring the intersections between ancient wisdom and contemporary well-being. His work explores forgotten stories, sacred sites, and the transmission of traditional knowledge, providing pathways for reflection, self-cultivation, and discovering new meaning in modern life.

His research and writings form one side of a broader journey. The other side springs from the Wu tradition. This is an approach to Taoist cultivation that stands outside lineage and school, focusing on direct experience rather than doctrine. This living path shapes his work with practices from Wugong (effortless being), Neigong (inner cultivation), and Qigong (energetic and physical cultivation).

Through the Mulumaiyana School, he combines deep cultural research with the inner disciplines of awareness, balance, and simplicity. His goal is to bring clarity, resilience, and spiritual maturity to a world seeking orientation, connecting past and present through a calm, grounded perspective.
