Autorenporträt

Frances Annear discovered Zagori nearly 40 years ago and has divided her time since then between England and Greece. As a geographer and mountain walker she has a keen eye for landscape and the natural world. Some of that time has been spent building and rebuilding a small stone dwelling on the mountainside in Mikro Papingo. Her deep love of the area and its people comes out in her writing and illustrations.
