Nacida en Puerto Ordaz, Venezuela, y formado en el Instituto Educacional Jesús Obrero,

Daliangel es una profesional apasionada por transformar el turismo en una fuerza de desarrollo sostenible, inclusivo y tecnológicamente innovador.

Como Bachiller en Administración en Turismo, ha consolidado una trayectoria internacional enriquecedora, certificada por la Organización Mundial de Periodismo Turístico (OMPT) con un Diplomado Internacional en Turismo Emprendedor y un reconocimiento en Escritura Turística.

Su experiencia se extiende a través de formaciones especializadas en ecoturismo, economía circular y prácticas sostenibles, adquiridas en instituciones como PAGE Uruguay, el Ministerio de Ambiente de Uruguay y la Universidad Tecnológica del Uruguay (UTEC), donde obtuvo un Diplomado en Herramientas Digitales para el Turismo.

Su trabajo refleja un compromiso inquebrantable con la educación ambiental*y la protección de áreas naturales, impulsado por su participación en proyectos con el *Ministerio de Cultura y Ambiente de Uruguay*.
