## Adam's Quick Pasta
This recipe is one of my best inventions when I'm short on time. The first time I made this dish, I was on a trip and only had a few simple ingredients. Now it has become one of my family's favorite meals.
Ingredients:
- 250g pasta (any type you prefer)
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 green pepper
- 100g Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation Method:
1. Boil water and add the pasta. Cook according to package instructions.
2. While the pasta is boiling, chop the garlic, tomatoes, and pepper.
3. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the garlic.
4. Add tomatoes and pepper and cook for 5 minutes.
5. Add the cooked pasta and mix.
6. Add cheese, salt, and pepper and mix.
7. Serve hot.
Personal Note: I sometimes like to add chicken or shrimp to this recipe. You can also add fresh herbs like basil for a different flavor.
