These fabulous five have been friends and writer-friends for over 15 years, writing in our nearby Wegmans grocery store on many Saturdays. Encouraged and motivated by a visit to the Swain School in Allentown by dynamic visiting poet laureate, Judyth Hill, they met - on again, off again - learning, expanding, sharing, living, and writing as their children grew, graduated, and moved on into adulthood. While life often got in the way of creativity, it didn't squash it totally, and so it was decided that they should do what they all dreamed of doing, individually and collectively - publish some of their best. This is "almost" the culmination, because they've each got more life to live, more milestones to pass, and more writing to do. Not done yet. Julia Getty Terry Knox Ramseur Karen Morton Jason C.
