"Following the Way in Cana of Galilee" is Book #4 of "The New Way Series." It is based on the first century manuscript "Acts of the Apostles" written by Luke. The first century was a turbulent time of history. Society was changing primarily because of the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. After His resurrection, there was no Bible to follow, and various groups broke away and began to practice their own beliefs based primarily on tradition. In this book, characters from the previous books continue to grow and mature. Their faith is tested by troubles and hardships. They encounter radical teachings that rock them to the core of their beings. We see God calling some of them to leave Cana in order to share the New Way with others some sacrificially choosing to remain single and traveling to unknown lands, giving up the comforts of home.

Jesus said He was the Way, the Truth, and the Life. Come and see how following the Way impacted these young adults in "Following the Way in Cana of Galilee." Watch as they boldly follow the Way by loving people that were considered their worst enemies the Romans who ruled their homeland. Watch them follow, sometimes reluctantly, but ultimately triumphantly, where the Way led them.

Dale Weatherford has been teaching Bible for over 50 years. She has published "Transformed! Answers to Basic Questions for a Successful Christian Journey" ISBN 978-1-105-60789-9. "The New Way" is a chronological study of the life of Jesus. It is a daily Bible study based on the four first-century manuscripts written by Matthew, Mark, Luke and John. It is available on-line at weath.net. "The New Way" is also available as a podcast. "His Young Friends" ISBN 978-1-7363315-0-7 is Dale's only children's book and contains stories about children who lived in the first century. The twenty-two stories together form a biography of the earthly life of Jesus. David Weatherford is Dale's husband, editor, and technical assistant.
