Of course, this had to be a result of the drug Dr. Reynolds had given him. There's no way Alex would ever be attracted to a guy, much less his roommate! It must have altered her hormones in some way, have caused her body to react automatically to a male presence. Tomorrow she'd barge into the doctor's office once again and demand- A knock at the door interrupted her thoughts and took her breath away. Before she could gather herself to answer, it gently opened a couple of inches. Bryan's head peeked in. "Hey, you OK in there?" Alex quickly turned away and shook her head. "Oh, yeah, I'm good." Bryan slipped into the bedroom and shut the door behind him. "Well, you don't like fine. What's going on?" "I've… just got a lot on my mind right now." He moved up behind her and took her by the shoulders. His strong hands worked their way into her muscles, easing the built-up tension with deft, sure strokes. Alex was surprised to find herself relaxing beneath his touch. His fingers, though rough and calloused from swinging a bat, felt wonderful on her skin, as if each touch sent little jolts of electricity through her. "I'm sure It'll be fine," he whispered in her ear.
