Clare Johnston is a journalist and vlogger who has featured frequently on TV and radio, with appearances on Radio 4's Woman's Hour, The Kaye Adams Programme, comedy satire show Breaking the News on BBC Radio Scotland and STV2. She is a former editorial director of Press Association Scotland, commercial editor and columnist with the Daily Record, and now works with the DC Thomson Media group as a digital skills and innovation partner. She shares opinion and independent consumer reviews on her YouTube channel, The Honest Channel. Her first novel, Polls Apart, was published in 2011, followed by From the Outside in 2019.
