Autorenporträt
Janet Mizrahi is a continuing lecturer in the Writing Program at the University of California, Santa Barbara. Her teaching focus is professional writing for business, public relations, marketing and journalism. Prior to her academic career, Ms. Mizrahi was a journalist at a daily newspaper where she wrote feature articles, a column, book reviews, and magazine pieces. She has worked as a marketing communications writer in a variety of industries and most recently served as the editor of health-oriented e-commerce websites and as a marcom writer for a software firm. She is the editor and writer of an e-newsletter and a frequent presenter at the Association of Business Communication. She received her BA from the University of California, Berkeley, and her MA from the University of California Los Angeles.
