Autobiography: Alan Wayne Bewley was born in Russellville, Arkansas, in 1957, the youngest son of a World War II veteran and his British bride. His mother read The Bible daily. He recalls: "In everything she did, she tried to follow the Holy Spirit. She taught me to seek Jesus in my life and live according to God's Will." Alan's father died when he was eleven years old, and the family struggled to make ends meet. Both of his brothers, being much older, helped raise Alan, teaching him to live and love "the cowboy way of life". Alan was a Godly man who was able to bring light and love into a room, even to people that he had never met before. He was generous with his time, never in too big a hurry to stop for a kind word or deed, to friends and strangers alike. Recognizing God's Gift of writing, Alan was ever conscious to use this Gift to inspire others to seek God first. If Alan could convey one message to anyone reading this, he would ask you to reflect on his dear, sweet Mama's words, "Seek Jesus in your life and live according to God's Will." He would say: "Sometimes Life seems complicated! Just remember: Trust God and Take one day at a time. You'll come out alright.
