Roxanne Giardina graduated magna cum laude from UNO with a degree in early childhood education and currently teaches 5^th grade in Spring, Texas. A teacher at heart, she has instructed a range of students from preschoolers to adults, always with a passionate focus on the Bible. While teaching preschool, she began writing poems to complement Bible stories for her students. This ignited a passion that led her on a multi-year journey of poem writing, culminating in various children's Bible poem books.
