Autorenporträt
Emily Rutherford, Ed.D. received her Doctor of Education degree from Lamar University. She is currently assistant professor in the West College of Education at Midwestern State University. Dr. Rutherford has spent fourteen years working in public schools as a teacher, educational diagnostician, special education administrator, and as a university professor.
