Rezensionen
'An excellent introductory text to organization culture - accessible, research-based, and engaging for the reader. The authors have managed to fuse a review of research and practice across the diverse areas of organization culture and team working in organizations. This book deserves to be on the shelf of every student in HRM-OB and practicing manager with any remit toward organization change or development. The use of examples and case studies is particularly useful for the reader - this book is a valuable addition to this area.' - Neil Anderson, Professor of HRM and Director of Research (WORC) Work and Organization Research Centre, Brunel University, UK 'Senior leaders in organizations now recognize that culture is key to organizational effectiveness and change and students must therefore be properly enlightened about this complex and fascinating subject. This text by leading researchers provides an excellent and very readable introduction. It is enlivened throughout by illustrations and case studies which dramatically bring the topic to life.' - Michael West, Professor of Organizational Psychology, Lancaster University Management School, Lancaster University, UK 'An incredibly thorough overview of the key theories, models and research in the field of Group Dynamics.
