Chris Freeman is a consultant psychiatrist and psychotherapist based at the Cullen Centre in the royal Edinburgh Hospital and is also a senior lecturer in the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Edinburgh. he established the South of Scotland Training Programme in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and has published widely in the areas of eating disorders and psychological therapies. Mick Power is Professor of Clinical Psychology at the University of Edinburgh and an honorary consultant clinical psychologist at the royal Edinburgh Hospital. he is the co-founder of the journal Clinical Psychology and Psychotherapy and has previously edited handbooks of mood disorders and of cognition and emotion. His main interest is in the application of theories of cognition and emotion to the understanding of psychological disorders.
