The seasons of her life covers her journey through both heartbreak, shattered dreams and also great challenges and success.
Her multifaceted career included twenty years in the legal field and then returning to college at the age of 55 and earning a MA in US History, and beginning a new career as a historian, history professor and professional musician.
Although now legally blind, she continues to inspire others with her beautiful piano performances and part-time work with Educational Testing Services.
Gwinnetta has faced challenges with courage and honesty. Her openness about her experiences including her journey as a legally blind individual has been a source of inspiration to many. She is a mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, and lives in Texas.
The purpose of this memoir is to encourage others to live authentically, confront obstacles with grace, and share their stories to uplift those around them.
