E. Ann Evans is the pastor of Restoration Ministries of Reconciliation in Ocala, FL. She holds a bachelor's degree from the International Bible Institutes and Seminary and a doctorate degree from All Nations Institute International. A gifted teacher and speaker, she regularly appears on TV and radio programs and has held crusades in many countries including Haiti, Nigeria, Ghana, France, Panama, and Israel.
