About the Author

Aysun Mete is an ICF-certified life coach, as well as an internationally accredited Meditation, NLP, and Reiki practitioner and instructor.

She spent many years working in banking, media planning, and business management. Later, she hosted radio programs in London, wrote and directed a short film, and gained experience in television production.

Her journalism career began at Londra Haber, and she now continues as a personal development columnist for Yeni Asir newspaper in Turkey. Her Saturday columns reach thousands of readers, offering inspiration and heartfelt reflection.
