Autorenporträt
David Szczecinski is an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker and Trainer. With over 20 years of experience, David is dedicated to supporting a diverse range of people in developing their well-being and resilience. Throughout his career, David has gained extensive experience helping thousands of individuals improve their personal and professional lives.

Background: After completing a degree in Social Work, David began working as a drug and alcohol counsellor. His work then included various mental health and social work roles within Government Health services. David then specialised in training groups and supporting individual clients in emotional and mental wellbeing, communication, as well as knowledge and skills for self-management and improving relationships.

He is passionate about empowering individuals to be at their best for themselves, their workplace teams, and their friends and family. David is also the author of the Self-Awareness Method (SAM™) and the 'Safe/Unsafe: Understanding Modern Relationships - Field Guide'.
