Deputy Marshal Rafael Alvarez was new to the U.S. Marshal Service, and he was determined that his first major case would be successful. Connected to Delicia because of their Hispanic heritage, they grow close and he soon finds he would do anything to keep her safe from danger as her brother tries to find her and prevent her from testifying against him.
