Larry and Judy, his wife of 51 years, live in Norman, Oklahoma. They have two grown children and three grandchildren. Larry was an active Baptist pastor for over 50 years. In his ministry, he served churches ranging from 50 to 8,000 members, from New Jersey to California, with Oklahoma, Tennessee, and Northwest Arkansas in between. He started writing poetry in 1979.
