Peter Savio was born in Hilo, raised in Hawaii. His mother and father, worked in the real estate and insurance business. His mother established Tropic Shores Realty in the 1950s. He bought his first home at 15 years old, saving money from his paper boy route. He served in Vietnam and completed schooling at UH with an emphasis in real estate. Fast forward, he founded the Savio Group and became the largest condominmum converter and lease to fee converter in the State of Hawaii. In the early 2000s, he filed for 3 bankruptcies and had to nearly sell everything. Though bounced back and became known as "The Comeback Kid". Peter Savio continues to the projects he has become prolific for, lease to fees, condo conversions, alongside exploring other opportunities. Most of all, he champions, home ownership as trued and tried way to generational wealth. Lease or legacy. He hopes to continue to share what he has learned through his long form, which is a curation of his decades of experience.Peter is married to Phyllis Savio, with whom he as 3 beautiful children. In his off time, he enjoys spending with family, working and frolicking in his garden.
