Janine Lattimore's three greatest passions since she was very young have been writing, teaching and the health and development of mind, body and soul. She endeavours to live what she learns and teaches, and embraces life as an adventure of experience and expansion.

Other things Janine loves to do is to dance, sing, walk in nature, watch tress and birds, listen to music, have fun with her kids, hula hoop and feel sexy in a great pair of heels.

Over the course of her life Janine has worked as a teacher, youth worker, community development worker, cleaner, hula hoop fitness instructor, virtual assistant, and Nia dance fitness instructor. She is also mother to two children, and is now trained and working as an embodiment coach.

Janine's mission in life is to provide easy to follow, effective pathways for herself and others to decrease suffering and increase fulfilment through creating greater connection, love, and joy in their lives.
