Hernán Ronsino (Chivilcoy, Argentina, 1975) is one of the most renowned voices of contemporary Argentinian literature. He has published the novels La descomposición (2007), Glaxo (2009), Lumbre (2013), Cameron (2018), and Una música (2022), published by Charco Press under the title Hudson (tr. Mallory Craig-Kuhn). He has also published the short story collection Caballo de verano (2024); and the essay collections Notas de campo (2017) and Antes de leer (2025). He has received, among other distinctions, the Anna Seghers Prize, the Critics' Prize at the Buenos Aires Book Fair for the novel Una música /Hudson , and the Konex Prize for Literature.
