His research and expertise in consumer behavior are invaluable for understanding the human-centric aspects of Human Capital Analytics, offering insights into user behavior, adoption, and interaction with AI-driven systems and services. Pawan Budhwar, PhD is a professor of International Human Resource Management and the Associate Deputy Vice Chancellor International at Aston Business School. Jim Westerman, PhD is a professor in the Department of Management at Appalachian State University, Boone, North Carolina, USA.
