Human communication is a worldwide necessity pertaining to all cultures and countries on this earth. The various perspectives/insight on the aforementioned concept is a reflection of numerous factors pertaining to the author's racial, cultural, environmental, professional and educational background. In addition, experiences from residing/living and working in numerous domestic and international environments. The amazing similarities in countries regarding the human communication process and its impact to societal issues/concerns are common to all forms of governments and society in general. Hence, this concept is applicable to established forms of government such as democratic, communist, oligarchy, dictatorship, theocracy, aristocracy, constitutional monarchy, republicanism, socialism, fascism, conditional monarchy and totalitarianism.

Born and raised in Mobile, Alabama with the majority of formative years living in a segregated environment/society. A unique insight gained regarding the human communication process relating to the dynamics of living in the United States of America and internationally. Four years of military service as an enlisted officer in the U.S. Air Force. The majority of the time in the Air Force working and living in Rapid City, South Dakota. Master's degree in Communications earned from the University of Northern Colorado, Greeley, Colorado. Bachelor's and Associate degrees earned from C.W. Post College, Greenvale, New York and Bishop State Junior College, Mobile, Alabama, respectively. Thirty-nine-years' experience working as a federal law enforcement officer and instructor with the U.S. Customs Service, Department of Homeland Security, Customs and Border Protection, contract work with the Abu Dhabi Customs Training Academy and Adjunct Professor with Northwest Florida State College. Domestic and international locations listed below (eighteen years working and residing in numerous countries overseas): Mobile, Alabama-Long Island, New York, Rapid City, South Dakota, Brunswick, Georgia, Jacksonville, Florida, Fort Walton Beach, Florida, Hong Kong, Macau, Philippines, Taiwan, Pakistan, Washington, D.C., India, Sri Lanka, Maldives, Kenya, and United Arab Emirates. In addition, various temporary assignments in Thailand, Germany, London, Panama, Canada and Mexico. Hence, combination of formative years, educational background, professional work and living environments have collectively provided an unusual path to evaluating and analyzing the human communication process from a relatively worldwide perspective.
