Steve Kruse is a dedicated author and Husker enthusiast, whose passion for the sport led him to create his first book project, Husker DomiNation: A Big Red Journey. A 1994 graduate from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, Kruse spent over four years compiling stories and interviewing nearly 50 influential figures in Husker Nation, including legendary coaches and players, during the Covid period. Influenced by personal inspiration from his grandfather and his love for Huskers, Kruse, now residing in Colorado, hopes to share the captivating tales of Husker legends to fans ranging from 10 to 90 years old, cherishing the Big Red memories.
