Per Gustavsson is an award-winning illustrator and author of numerous children's books. He is one of Sweden's most beloved picture book makers and has been nominated to the August Prize several times. Since 2019, he has been a member of the jury for the Astrid Lindgren Memorial Award. Per lives in Stockholm, Sweden.
