Dr. Obaid is a board-certified surgeon, and plastic surgery fellow at the University of Illinois at Chicago, with Medical Education degree from Johns Hopkins University.

Merging a background in complex reconstructive surgery with a passion for design and systems thinking, Dr. Obaid brings a unique lens to both the operating room, thee design studio, and the written word.
