Autorenporträt
Beth Billing Acken is an attorney with 30 years practice experience, a Master's of Science in Agriculture from Washington State University and formerly an adjunct faculty member at Washington State University. She is Chair of the Paralegal program at Tacoma Community College. Barbara Rasco is an attorney specializing in food law and an internationally recognized food safety expert with more than forty years' experience in 37 countries assisting companies across the globe comply with US regulatory requirements. She is currently a professor at the University of Wyoming.
