My name is Akua Amissah, daughter of Kojo Amissah. I am a musician, producer, singer, and songwriter. I have been performing with a top 40 cover band internationally. I perform with various cover bands across 12 countries around the world. I am not just a musician; I also possess entertaining skills on stage. I left Ghana because my style of music was not well recognised, So i left Ghana in 2004 to seek a better life elsewhere. The challenge of being Black and confronting racism is significant; however, I successfully overcame it.
