Author Amira Leggett is 6 years old from Raleigh, NC. She is in the 1st grade and has been reading since she was 3 years old. Amira has written over 40 stories and has proclaimed that she is an author. She has a younger sister who also writes stories. Amira enjoys reading, dancing, playing with her friends, and spending time with her large extended family. Illustrator Delvin Davis, a resident of Durham NC, has been painting in oils and acrylics since 2000. When he isn't painting, he enjoys reading, spending time with his wife Adrienne, and playing with his two sons Elijah and Isaiah.
