"Downfall" is the finale of the Ingrams & Associates story arch, where April is asked to locate a troublesome ex military captain, who seems intent on making life difficult for a specific set of companies. Spanning Spain, Russia and New York, April discovers that all is not as it seems in her world, and meets a man who has the capability to make her walk away from her own job. When coming up against an organization every bit as competent as Ingrams & Associates, but dedicated to the opposite effects, April has her work cut out trying to resolve the situation.
