He serves as the founder and shepherd of Beracah Valley of Blessing Apostolic Church in Trenton, New Jersey. Dr. Montero holds a Bachelor's degree from Temple University College of Education, a Master's in Divinity from Princeton Theological Seminary, and a Doctorate in Ministry from McCormick Theological Seminary.
