General Introduction. Given the widespread, unfortunate Anti-Black Racisms in the USA and in many parts of the World, I have independently thought out this Unique and Historical Anti-Black Program/Project. The main aims of this peace oriented, non-inflamatory and non-racist Program, in a form of short Story, are to drastically decrease this Worldwide abnormality of Anti-Black Racisms not only in the USA but also anywhere around the World it exists and also to contribute to lifting self - esteems in victims in the USA and around the Planet Earth. This ambitious Program/Project, as just an Introduction, has 3 main Pilars which are based on proving firstly that that God has tremendously endowed the Color Black, Dark and Darkness through at least 28 Arguments, secondly that Almighty God is Dark Black through at least 61 Arguments and thirdly that Africa, the predominently Black Continent is very well on its Way through at least 61 Arguments. We have here some partial manifestations of Peace and Diplomatic PanAfricanisms on one hands and "Peace and Diplomatic Universalisms" on the other hand. There is a book writing plan relative to all 3 Chapters of the Program/Project.
