If you are 100% certain that a thing does not exist, does your unquestioning certainty prevent you from seeing that thing? We are all unique. We possess different abilities. Some people can recite pi to 1,000 places. Others can do complex mathematic calculations in their heads faster than a supercomputer. Jeannie was unique in the intensity of a specific type of love. It is a love that many of us feel, but the depth of Jeannie's love allowed her to see things that few could see. In the case of Jan, her uniqueness was her passion for her profession. Many others practiced that profession, but few could match Jan's zeal. If two people meet who share a passion, those two people can develop a bond that can lead to love. The Spirit of the Devil's Den is not made of molecules and atoms. The Spirit is an entity of hatred. In the cases of Jeannie and Jan, they did not know they were fighting the Spirit. In both cases, they fought hatred with love.
