She was last seen in Leipzig in what prior to unification was East Germany - so how did she come to be washed up on the east coast of Scotland?

Assistant Controller at MI6 Richard Hartley sends two of his agents Hugh McFaul and Campbell Anderson to Germany to seek revenge on Elke's killers which results in them entering into the unsavoury world of drug traffickers and white slave traders.

One of the men Elke had been having an illicit afair with was an Afghan called Mohammed Al-Basiri who has entered the UK on the same ship where Elke was murdered. Al-Basiri arranges drug supplies for Scottish dealers but also has a plan to wage a terrorist attack on Edinburgh. The security services in the shape of Police Scotland and MI6 have to use all facilities at their disposal to prevent this happening, but will they succeed?

Hello I'm Bill Flockhart the creator of the 'OPERATION LARGE SCOTCH SERIES' named after my first political thriller which i have followed up with this sequel 'SHE'S NOT A LOVELY GIRL' and have produced two further books 'JOPPA ROCKS' and VENGEANCE IN VALESCURE'. Book 5 in the series as yet untitled will come out later this year.

I live in Joppa on the east end of Edinburgh, the capital of Scotland, a city moving with good crime stories, about four hundred yards from the beach. i'm married to Joyce Joyce and we have two sons, Campbell and Grant, who both when they were younger represented Scotland at basketball. We have always been a sporting family my own preference was golf and I played to a handicap low enough to allowe me to play in National Championships. Nowadays I content myself with observing all sports on TV and attending Heart of Midlothian Football matches.

I have always been interested in political thrillers and my literary heroes over the years has been John Buchan, Alistair McLean, Frederick Fosythe, John Le Carre and Wilbur Smith. I have attempted to write these great storytellers in mind and would be over the moon if you think I have succeeded!
