Autorenporträt
Pastor Jason K. Cody is a unique type of pastor. He works full time in the life of a parish pastor but also owns a Farm Brewery in Southern, Colorado. He holds a Masters of Divinity Degree in Historical and Exegetical Theology from Concordia Theological Seminary in Fort Wayne, Indiana. He also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Religion from Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia as well as other business degrees. He is married to his wonderful wife of 25 years and they have 10 amazing children.

Between ministry and life in the business world he brings to the forefront a real life approach to poetry. He often says "sermons are simply a type of poetry." He took that assertion a step further when on Christmas Eve 2024 he delivered his unique contribution to the field of homiletics by preaching a poem he penned as the entire sermon that evening during the church service. Pastor Jason is excited to share this work, among a number of other original poems with readers in his first ever self published book of poems. He calls the book "Just Me and My Poems". Enjoy!
