The bounty hunter: an amazonian introvert with a panoply of social anxieties and self-doubts, a sick certainty that the locale gendarmes would rather arrest her than solve the case, and an archive of ancient detective stories for inspiration. It's a bad joke, and Lisa's about to get acquainted with an entire species of aquatic comedians.

Andrew Miller has previously published short stories in the Jacked Anthology from Run Amok Crime, Apocalypse Confidential, Close to the Bone, Pulp Modern, Switchblade, Broadswords and Blasters, and Starlite Pulp Review. He had a novella, Lady Tomahawk, in LA Stories, and his first novel, Namaste Mart Confidential, was released by Run Amok Crime in 2024, and has been shortlisted for Best Independent Novel by Crime Fiction Lover.
