His research interests focus on the design, synthesis, and manipulation of unusual organic materials and polymers, including ladder polymers. Masahiko Yamaguchi, PhD, is Professor at the Dalian University of Technology, China, and Professor Emeritus of Tohoku University, Japan. His research interests focus on synthesis and chemical, physical, and biological properties of small and oligomeric organic compounds. Tien-Yau Luh, PhD, is Professor Emeritus and Distinguished Chair Professor at the National Taiwan University. His research interests focus on organometallics in organic and polymer synthesis, polymer folding, and materials chemistry.
