Modern GovCon: Getting Started in Government Contracting

The Insider's Guide to Thriving in the $700 Billion Federal Marketplace

Modern GovCon: Getting Started in Government Contracting is your hands-on guide to navigating the $755 billion U.S. government contracting landscape. Each year, millions of small businesses compete for a piece of these opportunities, but it's not about who makes the best product or who has the flashiest pitch. It's about knowing the rules, knowing where the doors open, and standing ready to step through them ahead of anyone else.

This goes beyond theory. It's written in an honest, straightforward voice and gives you real-world strategies, case studies, and step-by-step instructions so you can compete, win, and thrive selling to the government. You'll learn how to decode RFPs, find opportunities, leverage AI tools, and build long-term relationships with government clients - all while remaining committed to sustainable, long-term growth.

Whether you're a novice to GovCon or have been working within it for decades, Modern GovCon puts sense into why some companies consistently win and others struggle. You'll discover what sets repeat winners apart from the crowd and gain actionable insights that you can implement immediately.

This is not a typical guide to government contracting. It's a guide, advisor, and step-to-step guide to turning opportunity into reality - making your business thrive, become credible, and expand into new markets with confidence.
