Autorenporträt

Zuléka Smit is a teacher and motivational speaker with a love for life and a passion for young people and writing. Born in Kroonstad but completing her matric at High School Albertina; Zuléka attained her B.Ed teaching degree cum laude from the Cape Peninsula University of TechnologyWellington Campus. She kicked off her career at Paarl Boys' Primary School where; for the past 15 years; she has committed her life to preparing little people for life and laying strong foundations in their lives. She is also currently a matron at a high school where she further lives out her passion for the education and leadership of young people. Zuléka is a family person and is married to Johan. They have two beautiful kids; Karli and Heini. She is the author of Ben gaan skool toe (2022); Ben en die groot toets (2023) and Ben en die boelies (2024).
