Lee B. Lu, M.D., F.A.C.P. is a Professor of Medicine and is the primary care director and an Associate Program Director for the Baylor College of Medicine Internal Medicine Residency Program.She is the medical director at the Harris Health System Smith Clinic, managing primary care and 20 medicine specialties. Robert J. Fortuna, MD, MPH, F.A.C.P.  is a Professor of Medicine, Pediatrics and Community Health at the University of Rochester School of Medicine.He is the Medical Director for ambulatory training in the internal medicine and pediatrics residency program and serves at the Associate Medical Director for the Primary Care Network, inclusive of 44 practices. Craig F. Noronha, M.D., F.A.C.P. is an Associate Professor of Medicine at the Boston University Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine and an Associate Program Director for the Internal Medicine Residency Program. He is director ofquality improvement and patient safety for the Internal Medicine Residency Program. Halle G. Sobel, M.D., F.A.C.P  is a Professor of Medicine at the Robert Larner, M.D. College of Medicine and the University of Vermont Medical Center. She is an Associate Program Director and Primary Care Director for the Internal Medicine Residency Program. Dr. Sobel is a past President of the Society of General Internal Medicine (SGIM) New England region. Daniel G. Tobin, M.D., F.A.C.P is an Associate Professor of Medicine at Yale University and the medical director for Yale Primary Care at the New Haven Primary Care Consortium. Dr. Tobin is a past President of the New England Region of the Society of General Internal Medicine (SGIM), past Chair of the SGIM Board of Regional Leaders, and former member of the SGIM National Council. In Connecticut, he serves on the Governor's Council for the American College of Physicians (ACP) and advises various state agencies regarding quality of care and opioid safety.
