Days before her wedding at the resort, Wendy gets lost on the mountain during a blizzard when she falls from a snowmobile. She is rescued by the mysterious rider, a mountain man. She has to come to terms with the fact that she was transported back to the mid 1800's and a very primitive way of life. He tries to take her home but the resort is no longer there. They must live a primative life among a native American tribe. She marries the man and they have a child. After 18 months she is transported back to her past life. She must prove to her disbelieving fiance' and friends where she had been. Who would believe her? Will she meet the mystery rider again?

Jim is a graduate of Youngstown State University earning a Bachelors Degree in History. Jim is a retired police officer and retired educator. Jim and Pam have been married for 43 wonderful years. They have four adult children and seven beautiful grand children. He currently coaches high school track and cross country.
