Shin'ichi Okamoto M.A. has lived in Germany for over 30 years and taught the Japanese language at various universities there before setting up his own language school Manabi in Düsseldorf, Germany. Okamoto Sensei is known for strengthening the Japanese-German friendship and communicating the different cultures. Although he is now retired, Okamoto Sensei continues to write numerous textbooks and is tireless in his efforts to improve them.
