Autorenporträt
Christos Gkouvelos was born in Patras in 1981. He originates from Epirus. He studied at the Law School of Democritus University of Thrace. He is a student in the Master' s Program "Digital Innovation and Management" with a specialization in Digital Governance, at the Department of Administrative Science and Technology of the University of Patras. In the past, he has worked as a lawyer, a journalist, a laborer, and a commercial representative for a packaging industry.

Following the ASEP (Supreme Council for Civil Personnel Selection) notice 5K/2017, he was appointed in 2018 as an administrative employee at a Hospital of the National Healthcare System of Greece (ESY). After the ASEP Written Examination notice 3ΓΒ/2023, he was hired in 2025 as a Legal Officer at the Hellenic Cadastre, where he continues to serve. At the same time, he has been involved in writing notes on Constitutional, European, and Administrative Law, and has teaching experience in evocational schools and adult seminars.

He is divorced and a proud father of a daughter.
